Daniel is one of the original members of Lightspeed Saber Academy and is currently ranked 48th in the league. He works as a mentor for at-risk youths and serves Lightspeed as a beginner and youth instructor on Thursdays.

Brandon is one of the original students at Lightspeed Saber Academy, who rose quickly through the ranks to become a passionate and valuable instructor. He specializes in education and leads the youth and beginner group on Sundays.

Bea is one of our duel-wield instructors at our academy. She trains daily with John and has received training from Dan Inosanto himself.

John is a seminal member of Lightspeed Saber League. There’s no one more dedicated to his training than John. John is one of our dual-wield instructors.

Trish is our operations officer, who supports the school behind the scenes.

Steve is the youth and junior coach at Lightspeed Saber Academy. He has a degree in education, is a Star Wars fan and Jedi aspirant, and a fierce competitor. He is passionate about not only learning, but character and personal growth in students of all ages.

Lead instructor and Chief Executive Officer of Lightspeed Saber Academy and Lightspeed Saber League. Cang developed the techniques and curriculum based on his studies in fencing and with the guidance of friends and experts in disciplines including HEMA, kendo, eskrima, and Crossfit.

John is a former foil instructor and most importantly, a deeply passionate advocate and volunteer for our sport and our school. While he is director of the school, he is also the regional competition director, and competitions couldn’t happen without him. John also serves as assistant and co-instructor.

Dinah is the gym's only paid employee and is instrumental to our day to day backend operations, including social media. She's also a D-rated fencer, and increasingly assists with instruction, program creation, and event planning. She's always active in and outside of the box! We wouldn't have LSA without her.
