PROGRAMS
LIGHTSPEED SABER FENCING
Learn and practice skills for casual and competitive Lightspeed Saber fencing
Includes warmup, sparring, bouting, lessons, and drills
Train to compete with other fencers locally and around North America!
LED STAGE COMBAT
(This program is being rescheduled)
Learn and practice weapon handling skills with experienced stage fighting practitioners.
This session is hosted by an outside organization and is free to the public.
Specialized in in-universe choreography
Perform classic duels as well as up-to-date fights
Train to perform in front of live audiences
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)
10-20 minutes of cardio, strength, and conditioning
Get a good workout in a short period of time
Appropriate to all levels

Learn how to twirl, spin, and toss a saber.
STICK & KNIFE DEFENSE
Learn practical close-quarters combat in the Filipino Balintawak style
Covers stick and knife combat, moderate grappling, disarms, and takedowns
Employs live and padded sticks, synthetic and padded “knives”
