ONLINE TRAINING RETURNS SUNDAY!

Online training will resume this Sunday, March 29, at 6 PM. We will slowly roll out features as we go along. You can access our ZOOM meeting room at this link.

Based on your feedback, we’ll be focusing on conditioning and strength, and technical lessons and discussions. We are targeting doing three days a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. After the 15 minute workout we’ll do a sequence, talk tech, or both. The entire session should last about 50 minutes.
